Brush prior to coming and make sure you’ve eaten. You will not be able to eat for two hours once treatment is complete. Be prepared to eat a “white diet” for the remainder of the day. Your teeth are porous and you don’t want food and liquids that can stain your teeth the day of. Think chicken, eggs water etc.
